- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Kobza Haus (hereinafter: the Service)
- The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is Invest Grzegorz Krakowiak, Kraków 31-340, J. Chełmońskiego 136B/10 registered under the number NIP: 5732734514 (hereinafter: the Data Controller).
- In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Data Controller acts based on internal procedures and recommendations compliant with applicable legal acts on personal data protection, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Data Controller exercises due diligence to protect the interests of the persons whose data are processed, ensuring in particular that personal data are:

- collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
- accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored in a form that permits identification of the persons concerned for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- The Data Controller performs the function of obtaining information about users and their behaviors through voluntarily submitted information in forms for the purposes of:
- responding to user inquiries submitted via the contact form under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- accepting reservations using the online booking system under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- performing services provided by the Data Controller under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Data Controller's email address,
- realizing the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in special cases under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
- Upon the first visit to the Kobza Haus Service, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By clicking ACCEPT, the user consents to the use of cookies on the website. The user can change the cookie settings at any time here
- Changing cookie settings will take effect after restarting or refreshing the session on the Data Controller's website.
