DEAR GUESTS,

From 1/10, the reception of KOBZA HAUS Old Town will be open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

If arriving later, please send your current phone number and e-mail address to +48 668 398 418 along with your first and last name, dates of stay, and estimated check-in time.

Next door – the building at ul. Chmielna 103/104 – construction and renovation works are being carried out.

The parking cost is 70 PLN/day/vehicle/

We have 6 parking spaces in the underground garage, so prior reservation is required.

The entrance gate is located on ul. Chmielna between the gastronomic area Chmielna 102 and Chmielna 103/104.

There is a height limitation of 1.9 m in the garage and a ban on entry of vehicles with gas and electric installations.

Please report to the hotel reception to obtain the gate code and further instructions.

The garage is ONE-WAY, so the exit is located at ul. Motławska.

The room is cleaned UPON GUEST REQUEST by hanging a sign on the outer door handle and/or informing the reception staff daily by 12:00 PM.

Cleaning inside the room takes place every 2-3 days depending on the length of the guests' stay.

The service takes place during the guest's absence from the room.

The cost of additional cleaning is 70 PLN.

The tea and coffee set is prepared ONCE to WELCOME THE GUEST.

We accept pets – dogs – at our property.

The service is ADDITIONALLY CHARGED:

- small breeds: 50 PLN/day,

- medium breeds: 70 PLN/day,

- large breeds: 100 PLN/day.

At check-in, a CASH DEPOSIT of 299 PLN is required, which is refundable upon check-out after prior room inspection.

PLEASE REMEMBER that after accounting changes from 1/01/2020, the GUEST is obligated to PROVIDE INFORMATION whether an INVOICE is required; if such information is not provided (even a VAT number or euroVAT), an invoice will NOT BE ISSUED for a receipt without a settlement number.
